The Stoves Richmond 110Ei (RCARIC11EIBR) is a 110cm wide electric range cooker with four separate ovens and a total cooking capacity of 196 litres. The QuadOven™ system gives you a conventional oven with Maxi-Grill™, an Equiflow™ fanned oven, a multifunctional main oven and a dedicated slow cook oven all in one appliance.

The hob has five induction zones with rotary controls and a bridge function that joins zones together for large pans. The main oven has 13 cooking functions including AirFry with a dedicated tray, rapid pre-heat, pizza mode and defrost. The TrueTemp™ digital thermostat keeps temperatures accurate across all cavities.

Controls are manual dials with an LED/LCD display and the Maxi-Clock™ programmer for timed cooking. Safety features include pan detection, pan overheat protection and a child lock. The oven lining is enamel and the SteamCleanse assistant makes cleaning straightforward. Energy rating is A.

Four ovens, 196 litres of capacity, induction speed and a 3-year parts and labour guarantee make this a serious cooker. The dedicated slow cook oven sets it apart from most range cookers at this width.

This cooker is 1096mm wide and needs a kitchen gap of at least 1100mm. It suits a kitchen with a proper range recess or a wide run of worktop on either side. At 115.8kg it is a two-person lift and should not be moved alone. It can stand freestanding between units but check overhead clearance and side clearance against the installation manual before fitting.

The two 70-litre ovens handle large joints and full roasting trays. A standard turkey fits comfortably in the main oven. The five induction zones heat pans directly using electromagnetic energy rather than a hot surface. This means faster boiling and more precise simmering. Two zones can be bridged to create a single extended cooking area. The Equiflow™ fan circulates heat evenly through the second oven cavity. The main oven has 13 functions powered by multiple heating elements. TrueTemp™ monitors and adjusts temperature continuously. The Maxi-Clock™ programmer allows timed start and stop cooking. All four cavities are independently insulated to reduce heat transfer between them.

The Richmond 110Ei carries an A energy rating. Induction heating is more efficient than ceramic or solid plate because energy goes directly into the pan with very little wasted heat. Using the 42-litre cavities for smaller meals rather than the 70-litre main ovens cuts energy use further. The fan oven also reaches temperature faster than a conventional oven.

This cooker needs a dedicated 240V supply installed by a qualified electrician a standard 13-amp plug is not suitable. The kitchen gap must be at least 1100mm wide. The cooker weighs 115.8kg so two people are needed to position it. Check the installation manual for side and overhead clearance requirements. The ovens have an enamel lining. Use the SteamCleanse function regularly to loosen grease before wiping down. Remove shelves and wash separately. Wipe the induction hob surface after each use spills do not bake on as the surface stays cooler than ceramic. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the enamel or black finish to keep the guarantee valid.

The body is finished in black with a stainless steel trim. Oven cavities are lined with enamel. The induction hob has a black glass surface. Oven doors feature multi-pane glass to reduce external heat. Door handles and control knobs are finished to match the black and steel exterior.
