Stoves Richmond 1100mm Electric Induction Range Cooker Cream

The Stoves RCARICH11EIC is a 110cm electric induction range cooker with four separate ovens and a total cooking capacity of 196 litres. The Quad Oven™ configuration is a Stoves exclusive. That means you get four working cavities in one appliance more than most range cookers at this width.

The hob has five induction zones with touch control and a boost function. Zones can be bridged together for large pans or griddles. The main oven has 13 cooking functions including AirFry with a dedicated tray and rapid pre-heat. The second oven is an Equiflow™ fan oven. The third is a conventional oven with Maxi-Grill™. The fourth is a dedicated Slow Cook Oven.

Controls are manual dials with an LED/LCD display and Maxi-Clock™ programmer. The TrueTemp™ digital thermostat keeps temperatures accurate. This cooker is 1096mm wide and needs a kitchen gap of at least 1100mm. It sits freestanding between units or in a proper range recess. At 115.8kg it is a two-person lift and should not be moved alone. It is 600mm deep which is standard worktop depth. Allow adequate clearance above the hob as specified in the installation manual.

The 70-litre main oven handles a large turkey or multiple roasting trays at once. Use the Equiflow™ fan oven alongside it to run two courses at the same time. The dedicated Slow Cook Oven handles casseroles and braises without tying up a main cavity. The five induction zones fit four or five pans simultaneously and bridging two zones together gives you space for a large griddle or fish kettle. The AirFry tray fits in the main oven for chips and breaded food.

The induction hob uses electromagnetic fields to heat the pan base directly rather than the hob surface. This makes it faster and more efficient than ceramic. The five zones include a boost function and two zones can be bridged for large cookware. The Equiflow™ fan oven circulates heat evenly across all shelf positions. The main oven has 13 heating modes controlled by a TrueTemp™ digital thermostat which holds the set temperature accurately. The Maxi-Clock™ programmer lets you set start and stop times. All four cavities are independently insulated.

This cooker holds an A energy rating. Induction heats the pan directly so less energy is lost compared to ceramic or solid plate hobs. Using the 42-litre cavities for smaller meals rather than the 70-litre main oven cuts energy use noticeably. The fan oven also circulates heat more evenly so you can cook at lower temperatures.

This cooker needs a dedicated 240V electrical supply and must be fitted by a qualified electrician. The kitchen gap must be at least 1100mm wide. The cooker is 600mm deep and 900mm tall. The ovens have an enamel lining. Use the SteamCleanse function regularly to loosen grease before wiping out with a damp cloth.
