Belling Farmhouse 110EI 110cm Electric Range Cooker Induction Hob Anthracite

The Belling RCAFARM11EIA is a 110cm wide electric range cooker with three oven cavities giving a total of 194 litres of cooking capacity. It is the largest model in the Farmhouse electric series and comes in an Anthracite finish. Three separate cooking cavities mean you can run multiple dishes at different temperatures at the same time.

The hob is a 5-zone induction hob with Link+ Technology that joins two zones into one larger cooking area for big pans or griddles. The main oven is fanned with 5 multi-functions including Air Fry and an Air Fry tray is included. The second oven adds 4 more functions. A slow cook mode is also built in.

Controls are fully electronic with a touch control hob and LED/LCD display. A programmable oven timer and hob timer are both fitted. Pan overheat detection and a hob child lock are standard safety features. The oven lining is enamel which wipes down easily. Energy rating is A.

This cooker is 1096mm wide and takes up just over 1 metre of kitchen run. You need a gap of at least 1100mm between units or walls. It can stand freestanding or sit in a proper range recess. At 92kg it must be moved and positioned by two people. Check overhead clearance to the extractor hood or ceiling as stated in the installation manual before fitting.

The 70-litre main fanned oven will take a large turkey or two full roasting trays at once. The second 70-litre oven can run vegetables or a second roast at a different temperature at the same time. Use the 42-litre third cavity for bread, pastry or a side dish. All 5 induction zones are live together so you can run 5 pans simultaneously. Link+ joins two zones for a griddle pan or fish kettle. The Air Fry tray fits in the main oven for chips or crispy food without a separate appliance.

The induction hob uses electromagnetic fields to heat the pan base directly the glass surface itself stays cooler than a ceramic hob. Nine power levels plus a booster give fast heat-up on any zone. Link+ Technology bridges two adjacent zones electronically to create one extended cooking area. The main oven uses a fan to circulate heat evenly across all shelf positions 9 positions across the main cavity. The LED/LCD display drives the programmable timer and electronic controls. Enamel-lined cavities retain heat well and the three separate cavities are individually insulated so running one does not heat the others unnecessarily.

This cooker carries an A energy rating. The induction hob heats the pan directly so less heat is wasted compared to ceramic or solid plate hobs. For everyday meals use the 42-litre third cavity rather than the 70-litre main oven a smaller cavity heats faster and uses less energy. The fan oven also distributes heat evenly so lower temperatures can be used.

This cooker needs a dedicated 240V mains circuit installed by a qualified electrician it is not a plug-in appliance. The kitchen gap must be at least 1100mm wide. The cooker body measures 1096mm so check side and overhead clearances in the installation manual. At 92kg it is a two-person lift. The oven lining is enamel wipe it down after use with a damp cloth and a suitable oven cleaner. Do not use abrasive pads as they will scratch the surface. Remove shelves and soak separately. The induction hob surface is flat glass so spills wipe off easily. Keep the Anthracite finish clean with a soft cloth. Regular cleaning protects the guarantee.
