The Stoves Richmond RCARIC10EIBR is a 100cm wide electric range cooker with four ovens and a total of 196 litres of cooking capacity. The exclusive Quad Oven™ configuration gives you a conventional oven with grill, a multifunction main oven, a fanned second oven and a dedicated slow cook oven all in one unit.

The hob has five induction zones with rotary controls and a boost function. Zones can be bridged together for larger pans. The multifunction main oven has 13 cooking settings including AirFry with a dedicated tray, rapid pre-heat, defrost, pizza and slow cook. The Equiflow™ fanned oven delivers even heat distribution throughout.

Controls are manual dial with an LED/LCD display and the Maxi-Clock™ programmable timer. Safety features include pan detection, pan overheat detection and a hob child lock. The cooker carries an A energy rating. Oven lining is enamel and the SteamCleanse cleaning assistant makes maintenance straightforward.

With four separate cavities, 13 oven functions, induction technology and a 3-year parts and labour guarantee this is a serious cooker built for everyday use at scale.

This cooker is 996mm wide and needs a kitchen gap of at least 1000mm. It sits freestanding between units or in a proper range recess. At 108.72kg it must be moved and positioned by two people. The TrueTemp™ digital thermostat monitors and adjusts temperature throughout cooking. The Maxi-Clock™ programmer lets you set start and stop times. The Equiflow™ fanned second oven delivers consistent results across all shelf positions.

This cooker is A rated for energy efficiency. Induction heating transfers energy directly to the pan rather than heating the surrounding surface so less energy is wasted. For smaller meals use the 42-litre cavities rather than the 70-litre main ovens. Fan-assisted cooking also reduces the temperature and time needed which cuts energy use further.

This cooker needs a dedicated 240V supply installed by a qualified electrician a standard 13-amp socket will not do. The unit is 996mm wide so you need a kitchen gap of at least 1000mm. At 108.72kg it is a two-person lift. Check the installation manual for exact side and overhead clearance requirements. The ovens have an enamel lining. Use the built-in SteamCleanse function regularly to loosen grease before wiping down. Remove shelves and clean them separately. Wipe the induction hob surface after each use spills do not burn on as the surface stays cooler than a ceramic hob. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the enamel or the black finish to keep the warranty valid.

The body is finished in black with a contemporary exterior. Oven interiors are lined with enamel for durability and ease of cleaning. The induction hob has a smooth glass-ceramic surface. Oven doors feature multi-pane glass to reduce external heat and improve insulation between cavities.
