The Stoves Richmond RCARICH10EIA is a 100cm electric range cooker with an induction hob and four separate ovens. Total cooking capacity across all four cavities is 196 litres. This is the Stoves Quad Oven™ configuration a Stoves exclusive giving you more cooking space than most range cookers at this width.

The hob has five induction zones with touch controls and a boost function. Zones can be bridged together for large pans. The main oven has 13 cooking functions including AirFry with a dedicated tray and rapid pre-heat. A second Equiflow™ fan oven handles everyday baking. The third cavity is a dedicated Slow Cook Oven and the fourth is a conventional oven with Maxi-Grill™.

Controls are manual dial with an LED/LCD display and Maxi-Clock™ programmable timer. The hob has child lock and pan overheat detection built in. The TrueTemp™ digital thermostat keeps oven temperatures accurate. Cleaning is assisted by the SteamCleanse system and the ovens are lined with enamel throughout. Energy rating is A.

Induction works by passing an alternating current through a copper coil beneath the glass surface. This creates a magnetic field that generates heat directly in the base of a ferrous pan. The hob surface itself stays relatively cool. The five zones include a boost setting and two zones can be bridged for large pans. The Equiflow™ fan oven uses a rear-mounted fan to circulate heat evenly. The TrueTemp™ thermostat monitors cavity temperature and adjusts the element to hold it accurately. The Maxi-Clock™ programmer allows timed cooking across the cavities. The LED/LCD display shows temperature and timer settings clearly.

This cooker carries an A energy rating. Induction heats the pan directly so less energy is wasted heating the surrounding surface. Using one of the 42-litre cavities for smaller meals rather than the 70-litre main oven cuts energy use significantly.
