Stoves Richmond 90Ei Electric Range Cooker Induction Hob Cream

The Stoves Richmond 90Ei is a 900mm wide electric range cooker with three ovens and a total cooking capacity of 174 litres. The RCARIC90EICR features the exclusive Quad Oven™ with ProFlex™ Splitter which splits the Titan™ tall oven into two separate cavities giving you real flexibility for everyday cooking and big family meals.

The hob is a 5-zone induction hob with a bridge function that joins two zones together for large pans. The 13-function main oven includes AirFry mode with a specialist tray plus Rapid Pre-Heat, slow cook, pizza and defrost settings. The second cavity handles grilling and smaller bakes while the third gives you extra space when you need it.

Controls are manual dials with an LED display and the Maxi-Clock™ programmable timer. Safety features include pan overheat detection and a hob child lock. The energy rating is A and the enamel lining works with the SteamCleanse cleaning assistant to keep maintenance straightforward.

The third 42-litre cavity handles grilling or smaller dishes. All five induction zones are live simultaneously so you can run five pans at once with the bridge zone handling a large griddle or fish kettle.

The induction hob uses electromagnetic fields to heat the pan directly rather than the hob surface. This makes it faster and more efficient than ceramic. There are 5 zones with 10 power levels each including a boost setting. Two zones bridge together for large pans. The main oven has 13 heating functions with a TrueTemp™ digital thermostat that holds the set temperature accurately. The Maxi-Clock™ programmer controls timed cooking across the cavities. The ProFlex™ Splitter physically divides the tall oven into two insulated cavities so each runs independently.

The Richmond 90Ei carries an A energy rating. The induction hob heats the pan directly so less energy is lost to the surrounding surface compared to ceramic hobs. Using the smaller third cavity (42 litres) for small meals rather than the 89-litre main oven cuts energy use significantly. The fan oven circulates heat evenly which can reduce cooking temperatures and times.
