Belling Cookcentre 100DF Dual Fuel Range Cooker - Stainless Steel

The Belling RCACOOK10DFS is a 100cm wide dual fuel range cooker with two electric ovens and a total of 157 litres of cooking capacity. Both cavities are 70 litres each the main oven gives you 64 usable litres and the second oven 60 usable litres. It sits at 900mm tall and 600mm deep making it a solid fit for most kitchen layouts.

The hob is gas with seven burners including a powerful 4KW wok burner for high-heat cooking. The main oven is fanned and multi-function with five cooking modes including Air Fry and the AirFry tray is included. The second oven is conventional electric and also works as a grill. A slow cook function is built in too.

Controls are manual dials with an LED/LCD display and a programmable oven timer. Pan detection is built in as a safety feature alongside electronic ignition. The energy rating is A and the oven lining is enamel which wipes down easily after use.

At 100cm wide this cooker takes up a full metre of worktop run. You need a kitchen gap of at least 1000mm. It can stand freestanding between units or in a range recess. The main oven holds 64 usable litres large enough for a medium turkey or two full roasting trays at once. Use both ovens together for a full roast main oven for the joint and second oven for roast potatoes or a pudding.

The gas hob uses seven open burners with cast iron pan supports. Each burner is a different size to suit different pan diameters with the 4KW wok burner at the top end for maximum output. The main electric oven uses a fan to circulate heat evenly across all shelf positions reducing hot spots. Five heating modes let you switch between fan, conventional and air fry among others. The second electric oven runs conventionally and doubles as a grill. Both cavities are independently controlled via manual dials. The LED/LCD display drives the programmable timer for hands-off cooking.

This cooker carries an A energy rating which means the electric ovens are efficient. Using the second oven for smaller meals rather than heating the full 64-litre main cavity cuts energy use day to day. The fan oven circulates heat evenly which reduces cooking times and lowers overall energy consumption compared to a conventional oven.

This dual fuel cooker needs a gas supply connected by a Gas Safe registered engineer and an electrical connection installed by a qualified electrician. The kitchen gap must be at least 1000mm wide. Both ovens have an enamel lining. Wipe them down after each use while still warm to stop grease baking on. Remove shelves and wash separately.
